Your email is used solely for authentication and important service communications. IP addresses are used for country-level geo-routing of network traffic and are not stored permanently. Usage metrics are used to calculate GP rewards and improve the Service.
When your node is active, encrypted web requests from our commercial partners are routed through your internet connection. These requests access only publicly available websites. Your personal traffic is completely separate and unaffected. All routed traffic is filtered to prevent access to harmful or illegal content.
All communications between your device and our servers are encrypted using TLS. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your account information. Your bandwidth contributions are anonymized — our partners cannot identify individual nodes.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Amplitude for anonymous usage analytics. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@ginode.io. You can stop sharing bandwidth at any time by pausing or stopping your node.
If you enable push notifications, we store your subscription endpoint to send you service updates. You can disable notifications at any time through your browser or device settings.
