Terms of Service

1. Overview

GINode ("the Service") is a distributed network platform that allows users ("Nodes") to share a portion of their idle internet bandwidth in exchange for GINode Points (GP). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. How Your Bandwidth Is Used

When you activate your node, a small portion of your idle internet bandwidth is routed through our network for the following commercial purposes:

  • AI Training Data Collection — accessing publicly available web pages to train machine learning models
  • Ad Verification — confirming that digital advertisements are displayed correctly across regions
  • Price Comparison — collecting publicly available pricing data from e-commerce websites
  • SEO Monitoring — checking search engine results from different geographic locations
  • Brand Protection — identifying counterfeit products and trademark violations online
  • Public Web Data Access — accessing publicly available information for market research

All traffic is encrypted and passes through our filtering system. We do not allow access to illegal content, adult material, or any harmful websites through your connection.

3. Your Data & Privacy

We collect only your email address for account purposes. Your personal browsing data, passwords, files, and private information are never accessed, collected, or shared. The bandwidth sharing operates independently of your personal internet activity.

4. GINode Points (GP)

GP are earned based on your node's uptime and bandwidth contributed. GP accumulation rates, multipliers, and caps may be adjusted at our discretion. GP have no guaranteed monetary value until a withdrawal mechanism is officially launched.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) interfere with the Service's operation, (b) use bots or automated tools to artificially inflate GP, (c) create multiple accounts, (d) reverse engineer the Service. Violation may result in account termination and GP forfeiture.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
